Elevated Learning Example
Elevated Learning partnered with a large financial services firm to design and deliver a nine-month
entry-level training program that took junior programmers and gave them the skills necessary
to develop and maintain applications in the client's IT environment. The program included three
months of Java-based web development, three months of on-the-job mentoring, and three months of
legacy mainframe development. At the end of each three-month phase, assessment exams
were given to the students to assess their proficiency. In order to meet the firm's
objectives, Elevated Learning partnered with them to design and deliver the training,
utilizing resources from both organizations.
