Elevated Learning Example

For a large telecommunications provider, Elevated Learning designed a multi-week program to take non-IT staff members and give them the skills required to become functioning Junior Programmers in the client's IT department. This program included a pre-assessment to evaluate students' programming aptitude, weekly assessment exams that were scored to determine the areas in which each student needed more help, weekly student progress reports written by the instructors and mentors, and an end-of-course project that was scored and evaluated as a final exam. The continuous evaluation built into the program allowed Elevated Learning to adjust the delivery to assist each student in achieving the learning objectives. In a follow-up assessment performed six months after the program ended, all of the students were successfully contributing to their new workgroups.
